ABOUT TROOP 475

Troop 475 is chartered by Northside Church of Christ located at 16318 San Pedro (Hwy 281 North and Thousand Oaks),  and is a member of Eagle District in the Alamo Area Council. Troop meetings are held each Monday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Troop 475 has an active schedule with a year-round camping program. This Scout-run Troop plans its calendar a year in advance to include a solid foundation in Scoutcraft skills, leadership development, and just plain fun. We regularly send crews to high adventure camps including Philmont Scout Ranch and Canoe Base. Parents are encouraged to camp with the Troop, with most parents serving as Trained Leaders. Approximately 70 Scouts are members of our Troop.
